      Great job in VA, not so much in OH.

      Pros

      Orkin paid decently and gave you a car. They would pay for gas as well as any tolls during work. The manager at my location changed a few times, but they were always decent.

      Cons

      Commissions were a bit low. I was able to make more in the Hampton area of Virginia than I was in Ohio due to the nature of termites. Commissions should have been set differently depending on region.

      Pros

      They paid salaries after 50-60 days of due dates CIBIL score of this company is very pathetic No banker is ready to give them money/loan due to bad financial image with banks. Innovant has to pay a total of Rs 3 crore to the vendors. Which he never paid. Compliance they never paid neither employees nor government.

      Cons

      Bad company with bad management Never pay salary on time.. career growth is -100%.. Strongly recommend - not to join this company never ever
