They do not care about their employees. They only care about money and their image. We were told the glass door rating needed to be higher so when I mentioned reaching out to our employees to encourage them to hop online and write an honest review (I was new) I was told absolutely not. We were only to approach employees we knew would write a stellar review because there were too many that would not.... that says it all.
