      Great culture, ceo, and president. a lot of growth in the company opening many more avenues for promotion

      Cons

      Promotions still depend on availability and once you hit mid managment, it gets a little slower to promote.

      Pros

      Learn a lot of stuff, Never run out of work.

      Cons

      Work life balance in the toilet, not as highly paid as you should be for that balance. mediocre benefits. Gossip network is pretty toxic. Talk a lot about good things (employee wise) dont actually do them.
