      Great people and a great team

      Cons

      In order to make any money you have to work super long and unreasonable hours. The older office lady will also always mess up your schedule and will not inform some customers that you’re even coming for a home inspection. If you’re good at your job you will not be able to switch positions. Also lost money from vacation time and the “salary” makes no sense

      Pay was good during swarm season

      Cons

      Supervisors show favoritism and change all the time. You will get fired at the drop of a hat and don't get any warnings. Would NOT recommend
