      Great branch management, but disrespectful, dishonest, upper management from main office.

      Pros

      Helpful, and respectful bunch of co-workers in the branch with great operational manager. Fun atmosphere and varied places to inspect.

      Cons

      Open ended contract allows main office management to make pay and contract changes without our consent, allowing us to make less than what was originally offered. Scheduling services and billing issues from main office.

      They use to be a great company to work for for the first four years then everything changed

      Cons

      Whom ever decided to stop caring about their employees and more about the bottom dollar was dead wrong. I know in 2 years in PNW they lost more long term employees because of upper management changes. 5+ years to 14 years that had been with the company. It is really sad.
