Racist, respect of persons, drove outdated vehicles, had out dated computers, worked in an area where minorities were not respected, micro-managed, extremely long hours in the summer - sunup to sundown. No family time, Took over route where previous technician was dishonest. Frustrated customers. Non-support from management when dealing with some customers. Cut route customers without notice. When I reported to upper management of the goings on , was made out to be a snitch, then they made efforts to get back at me by trying to discredit my name. Pay sucked lemons for the hours put in. Technicians were quitting all the time, Branch was one of the worst in the state of Arkansas, Very low moral. Admin was disrespectful toward those that were not clickish or would play the game. She often tried to discredit her co-workers. Had to report her to upper management.
