Very long hours . Unsafe vehicles during snow.. Jobs triple booked at same time slots even though office knows that these times wont work.

Upper management is not realistic, just because one branch is doing well, don't mean all branches can do as well in Sales. It is a sales job, selling more to each customer, after the second year, you have offered everything already to the same customer. Prices are high, no matter if we are Orkin, we are not competitive to other companies. Cars can't do 70 mph really is stupid, at least do the speed limit. To much paperwork and not enough help building business, the admin staff don't like taking care of customers calls. Managers don't like follow up on customers calls.
