Pros

Gaining experience/ Knowledge from the Month training that's provided when first hired. Also the ability to schedule your own route.Ability to sell or give leads for extra cash.

Cons

Your pay is a draw that isn't explained when you first start. You really work 7 days a week and late nights because, when you're down with the route you have to call customers regarding non-payments or schedule. Also, you might have 17 stops already that day and the office calls to add more "Starts" to your day. The management is unorganized and unprofessional they lose service tickets and ask techs to do illegal things and threaten you if you refuse to do them. I wouldn't refer anyone to work for this company. The company said they were worried about customer service but the a BIG LIE only thing they are worried about is MONEY.

Great income. Little micromanaging. Company vehicle, uniforms, and continuing education. Commission percentage great. Engaged and supportive management who rewards success c

Cons

Lead scheduling issues and mistakes from call center to branch to inspection schedule. Only paid after job is paid for and completed, so much carries over to next month commission.

Pros

Great service managers, techs and admin. Pest control training is superb. Every day is different so it is not boring.

Cons

There is no sales training or support. In order to advance, there is a 98% chance of being relocated. Customer service is a joke. Management is unrealistic and unsupportive. You are completely on your own. Charge backs will kill you even when it is the tech's fault. After the 2nd year your quota is increased 150%. The salary is well below the market average for experience required. All marketing is done at the national level, no community involvement. Only position in the company where you have to earn a company car.
