A lot of overtime and changing in the way you work virtually every week or two. Nice to be working though

Working Overtime 6 months straight and for the winter months, not enough work.

For this reason, we do coach employees on what to expect as much as possible when we onboard them and will consider in some areas reviewing pay structures that could possibly assist in evening this out bit more for our employees.
