      Lots of overtime available if you're one of the few chosen. Lots of commission available from Surveyors overselling.

      Cons

      Everything. Money, work ethics, colleagues, management, sales. Literally clueless. Director and senior management level have zero pest control backgrounds, just sales. What does that tell you?
