      Get to meet wonderful people in the field

      Micromanaged to the Extreme, Hurry up and take your time, unreachable sale goals they make you do or should I say threaten you with, then go behind your back meet with your customer and tell them you over charged them, pushing hard for on time service then have morning meets then ask later why you didn’t do the customers that were scheduled that morning, truly don’t care how many hours you work

      Pros

      Technical support has improved over the years.

      Cons

      They change things and implement change without training. I asked a question and got wrote up for it. They set unattainable goals for their employees especially administrative positions. The call center (sales center) works against the field employees.
