      Hours vary from really early to latest 12am. They have no set way to really fairly determine who works which shift

      Pros

      great company, people oriented. Orkin provides a great training program and a desire to promote from within. There's nothing negative in my mind.

      Cons

      none that I can think of at this time. Join Orkin and like anything, you'll get out of the experience what you put in to the experience.

      good co-workers, chance to meet new people, company truck?

      Cons

      Zero training outside of videos. They just throw you out there to the sharks. Scheduling for the next day is often times a nightmare! My route causes me to be 1-2 hrs from the office so forget about quality time with family. The company motto should become "tech sales tech sales tech sales" BC that's all you're going to hear.
