      Best and easiest job I have ever had

      Pros

      Excellent pay for the type of work you do. Incentive to sell or have leads on new jobs by getting a percentage of the revenue for that particular job at the end of the month. Good health insurance and 401K plans. Get to operate out of a company vehicle and get a gas card. Plenty of uniforms, jackets, and boots provided for you. Chemicals and tools provided for you.

      Cons

      No cons that I have seen so far, but your schedule determines how many hours you put in, and so if you are done with all of your jobs by around 3:00PM, you'll have to ask for more to get your hours in.

      Pros

      The company offers great training and an opportunity to work autonomously while earning a good income. The commission structure is sound after the first year

      Cons

      A very cliqueish culture. Leads are given to the favorites and transparency is non existent. The Sales Managers are among the most unethical I have been around. They totally ignore the sales people that need help and put on a good front for corporate who is not located in the area.
