      Pros

      You can take your truck home if you pay part of the insurance, but not for personal use. If you are management, you can use for personal things. Even your spouse can use.

      Cons

      Have to work 6 full days a week. Too much work. Stress. Management and company cares less about employees. Being a Supervisor is even worse....you will be on duty call 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, and work an average of 12 hrs a day. People burn out regularly.

      Pros

      Freedom. Once you get through training and demonstrate you can handle things, you are given the freedom to get your sales. The commission/basepay structure is well done.

      Cons

      Lots of paperwork to keep track of. Pest control can get messy sometimes. Lots of drive time. You can be at the mercy of your technician at times.
