      Company car, gas card, customers are usually happy to see you.

      Cons

      Micro managing, long hours including weekends. They frown, I mean frown, on requesting time off. If you get your route done, instead of presiding you for it, they'll send you 2 hours away to help another tech who has been slacking off.

      Pros

      Training is ongoing and in depth. Always have someone to help and to answer questions. Income is limited only by yourself since it is commission. really get to make a difference in customer lives. The employees are the most wonderful people I have ever worked with

      Benefits suck but thanks to Obamacare that's not really their fault.
