      Great pay, great flexibility in scheduling work, and always an opportunity to make more money through sales and training.

      Long and weird hours required for commercial route managers due to customer's hours of operation.

      Pros

      Orkin is a good company to work for. The training program is top notch. The pay compensation is some of the best in the industry. Upper management while remote at times listens to the employees and acts if possible to requests.

      Cons

      Company is a little old fashioned and can be slow to implement new ideas. Being "on call" means you are expected to answer your phone 24/7 and this is based primarily on seniority so if you are low man on the totem poll you are never rely off from work.
