      Pros

      A lot of work to keep you busy, pay based on how much you're willing to work. A lot of time on your own, but easy to contact others for help.

      Cons

      Depending on the route you have there will be a lot of non paying work to do, that is if you're wanting to truely take care of your customers.

      Pros

      Hands off approach but just know the sky is the limit and it's up to you to make it happen. Training is a forever thing and always available so you can never possibly get bored.

      Cons

      Sales people should have limited access to computers to pull history on current customers for prospecting reasons.
