      Great company benefits, however a little unorganized.

      Pros

      Territories, management is easy to work with, very flexible, great perks like company car, phone, iPad, laptop, a lot of tools to help you become successful.

      Cons

      Upper management is very unorganized and doesn't see value in quality vs quantity. When errors are made the turn around time to making them right is a slow delayed process.

      New environment. Professional, very nice place overall. Peope and management very profesional. Would work here again if needed. Great starting proffesion.

      Some tight areas,bugs, rodents. Not for the faint of heart. Must be very specific. Same routine. Deal with people.
