Pros

Work is easy. Schedule is flexible. Pay is okay if you dont mind spending only 2 hours with your family when you are off work. Benefits are so-so also.

Cons

No trust with managers. managers rarely take the technicians side. Always feel like being backed into a corner. Have to collect prior balances from customers. Forced to door knock.
