To many unpaid hours, supervisors that yell at employees, unable to take time off, If you take time off you will spend many hours making up that time.

Long hours, drive time to Branch on days for meetings, Screws up check,Lies on last date of employment and calls to Atlanta to actually get my commission check because the local branch decided not to give it to me.

Great benefits, company vehicle, free gas and insurance. Set your own schedule, work in a variety of environments.

Cons

Old fashioned company. It's a boy's club, and managment is hit and miss. They don't take advantage of new technology, and waste tons of money doing things the old, comfortable way. They chose to develop their own mobile scanning software instead of using available technology, and that took years and years of money and headaches to even get close to usable. Chances of moving vertically in the company are very low.
