      Provides a needed service to Public Stock is strong performer in 401k Base pay was fair, bonus based on performance of the branch

      Upper managment is not interested in providing a good working environment Work/life balance is non-existent. It's difficult to keep good employees because of this - especially females. Medical benefits were okay, but they do everything they can to keep employees from being able to use time off or take a medical leave without a real hit in pay/benefits. Squeezing blood from a turnip. Also: upper management forces every department/branch to operate on too few personnel.
