      Pros

      The benefits are good ~ in general. Medical is good. Dental is good. Vision is good. 401k match is good. And, they have beautiful offices and are global so if you wanted to live somewhere else there is an opportunity to stay with the firm.

      Cons

      Start you off really low in salary and barely give raises as you progress and obtain licenses. And, their rationale for charging more and more in fees is "it is what every other firm is doing".

      Pros

      The company offers an excellant training program. There is a good opportunity to advance within the company if you perform well. Branch management is always open to help you if you are struggling.

      Cons

      Crawling underneath houses and dealing with wildlife.
