Company does offer good benefits.

Cons

Management doesn't know how to treat employees.They will bring in new employees show favoritism towards new employees and feed them plenty of work until the next new employee is brought in.If you are kin to another employee in an upper position with the company you will have it made. They do discriminate!

Good co-workers, always busy. If you can adjust. You will be great.

Cons

Way too much paper work for sales contracts. You have to watch your sales all the way till completion and processing in order to get your commission money. Way too much administration for a sales position. You will wear many hats.

They preach promoting within but it's a lie. They keep you where they want you and offer no support.
