      Pros

      Meeting new customers out in the field. You don't have management standing over your back while you are working. This is probably the best pest control company to work for in the industry.

      Cons

      The pay is not that great. I have been working for this company for over 5 years generating about 40,000 in production a month. They started me out at 10.00 and I am now making 14 an hour. Other techs who have been there a shorter amount of time make more than me because they beg for more money. Its really not fair and I have more experience.

      Pros

      Training is good , people is good, dealing with customers is good 99% of the time

      Cons

      On their web employment opportunities they don't mention , they charge for vehicle use... YES! you have to pay to use the company's truck!! They don't really care about customers or employees , it's all about the numbers. They are always under staffed . they will drop 5 existing customers for a new customer and that is unfair for the customer and the tech that has to apologize for the company absurd policy. Computers don't work that good, not even mention the internal network, you are supposed to be able to access from home but it is so outdated that no computer 5 years or newer will be able to access it.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Upper management is very supportive and the training is excellent. You feel a part of the team the whole time and the pay is good. There are also opportunities for advancement and other company perks like a car and fuel allowance.
