      Pros

      Learn a lot of stuff, Never run out of work.

      Cons

      Work life balance in the toilet, not as highly paid as you should be for that balance. mediocre benefits. Gossip network is pretty toxic. Talk a lot about good things (employee wise) dont actually do them.

      Supportive team, great leadership, lovely office, great training.

      Cons

      Outdated systems. It'd feel clunky and slowed workflow sometimes.
