      Pros

      Lots of overtime available if you're one of the few chosen. Lots of commission available from Surveyors overselling.

      Cons

      Everything. Money, work ethics, colleagues, management, sales. Literally clueless. Director and senior management level have zero pest control backgrounds, just sales. What does that tell you?

      Great perks and easy work.

      Pros

      - Access to personal use of work truck at low cost. - If you have good time management skills and a proactive worker, most work is independent and individual. - Can make a lot of money if you're willing to work for it. (High ceiling, low floor)

      Cons

      - Management can be frustrating to work with. - Taking over other employees customers can be frustrating and annoying.
