I've worked for multiple bosses, and depending on who your branch manager is, will really depend on how much you enjoy this job. Currently my branch manager is not the greatest. A lot of micromanagement, a lot of focusing on your downfalls, instead of your strength. Current management team is very sneaky, and very under handed. They truly aren't suited for this job, they are more of a trap checker . Almost no ability to problem solve, will consistently redirect you to someone else for an answer. Have slowly been removing, our current benefits. So you really are ability to make our own schedules. This company was great when I started with them 6 years ago. They were very technician oriented, they were very customer oriented. Now the technicians are bogged down , with the quality and min scope of service suffering because of it.
