Orkin has a sense of loyalty to their current employees, even when they need to be replaced. Sometimes it seems management can't find the ability to take the correct course of action for some employees that are outdated and refuse to comply.

Poor pay, unrealistic goals, no bonus programs, no raises (Told to work harder for more money), No one to back you up while taking vacations. Long hours with no reward (no overtime). Same day starts (make no sense) you plan the day before hand with your customers however, a new person can call the call center and start the same day (Or hour the called) delaying your other customers. You get rid of a roach problem and the customer completes the one year contract however, you get into trouble because the customer left (Some routes, roaches are the main issue).
