Good initial training through Atlanta...Glen Rollins is a wonderful CEO, company vehicle, tools and equipment are basically plentiful, comfortable uniforms, flexibility to make your own schedule.

Cons

INCOMPETENT MANAGERS that will lie, cheat, and basically steal from you and the company right under their eyes and corporate can't see it ! Due to poor management moral is horribly low, you will work 7 days a week, no thanks, then they forget to pay you, lose your check, finally you get your check, then they forget your commission! POOR POOR MANAGERS !

Most people are nice. Working with Business owners is great. They are always interested to hear how they can make their business more successful - especially in this time when the economy is slow.

Cons

tough product to sell during times when business owners are cutting back. pressure from management to sell sell sell when no one wants to buy right now.

If you are just getting into a management career it is a great place to start. Significant investment in training.

Cons

Long hours. No consideration for work/life balance. Processes and procedures are administratively burdensome. Contact between operations and corporate is not encouraged and is limited. Very controlled environment. Little to no autonomy in purchasing. Heavy administrative requirements at all levels. Benefit options are numerous, however the cost involved is higher than I would expect from a company of this size.
