      Exposure to high stress environment increases capacity to handle difficult situations.

      I cannot stress this enough - run. If you’re even slightly considering working at this company, at any location in the south, run. You would be better working at Panda Express for the same amount of money. The work-life balance is negligible, there are pervasive issues of racism and sexism (reporting those issues doesn’t result in corrective action), micromanagement, deplorable employee engagement (during one “competition” I won expired Halloween candy and a restaurant pamphlet), and the insurance is mediocre at best.
