Good benefits... Poor culture

Pros

Company vehicle with gas card. Great sales tools. Decent training. Decent benefits. Tons of incentives from gift cards to free food. You get to help businesses protect their brands and assist with public health safety.

Cons

Hustle culture. 6 month ramp up. Expect to be at work before 8 am and work past 5 pm until you build a pipeline. A lot of redundancy in CRM and certain processes. Short term underperformance is met with micromanagement. If the branch is underperforming, it can turn into a stressful environment. Fee for driving company car home. Sales leadership at the branch level seldom have B2B sales experience and are generally from the service side which can create a problem when providing direction and setting expectations for performance.

Pros

Decent Pay, lots of benefits, lots of flexibility. Branch level management was great and had a great group of people to work with.

Cons

No work life balance, working 14-16 hours a day was normal and the regional management was awful. At that level they do not care about anyone else. This is only specific for the region I was most recently in as I have worked in several and the others were not that way. Here you are only a name on a piece of paper with zero value no matter what you do.

Micromanaging to the max, sink or swim environment, regional blows money on themselves expecting sales team to sell more for them to have more money… favoritism, and good ole boy club. Fake do not care about you unless you’re in the boys club….
