      Very welcoming and inclusive job culture Management is understanding and flexible The work is not difficult Most of the staff is very kind, thoughtful, supportive and helpful Management is very open to input and suggestions for improvement Daily recognition for performance and achievements Training opportunities Job benefits

      Cons

      Certain aspects of the initial training are too fast paced, and can be discouraging. Once you actually start shadowing and working though, you realize it’s not that bad. Low pay.

      "A Culture of Connection, Growth, and Support"

      Pros

      Orlando Health truly fosters a culture of connection, communication, curiosity, and commitment—three words I’d use to describe our work environment are collaborative, mission-driven, and supportive. The teamwork here is exceptional, and I’ve had the privilege of working alongside coworkers who genuinely care about both our patients and each other. The organization invests in professional development through programs like the Advanced Leader Program, Emerging Leader Program, LEAD Program, Surgical Tech Program, and mentorship opportunities. These programs have helped me grow in my career and feel confident in my future within the company. The benefits are outstanding, ranging from tuition reimbursement, parental leave, adoption and infertility assistance, backup childcare and eldercare, and even pet care. The commitment to employee well-being is truly impressive.

      Cons

      Like any organization, there are areas for improvement. Sometimes communication between departments could be streamlined to ensure efficiency. Additionally, as we grow, it would be great to see even more resources allocated to mentorship and leadership training to help employees at every level advance within the organization.

      Good place to work in your given specialty and take care of patients . Cafe cookies are a plus.

      Cons

      Recently the hospital seems to be more focused on expanding and building new hospitals than focusing on employees. No budget for raises or a proper marketing analysis but theres a budget for buying bankrupted hospitals and building new ones. Gaslighting!
