My Peers that I work with are the best! The building and environment is clean We had a Great President but unfortunately she left! Most of the time Patients are getting great care Teamwork amongst the staff is top notch

Cons

Staffing is a continuous Concern Communication is Lacking in many areas. Night Shift is an essential but forgotten entity in our facility. There is No Education for Staff in the facility to have continuous learning. The pay for experience and education is not well recognized

Pay is extermley low compared for advent health. If you are coming from another organization they will cut your pay for the same job and will not match it.
