I started working for Orlando Health over 20 years ago and did not ever think I'd stay at one company this long. But, I have yet to have a reason to want to leave and everyday still feels like my first. I have been challenged professionally and mentored to allow my career to grow throughout the years. The culture is amazing, everyone cares about each other and the patients we serve. The benefits are excellent and have diverse offerings to support all generations of team members.

Cons

Honestly, there is not any major cons. The only con I can think of is you have to drive on I-4 to get to the Orlando campus, but every job in Orlando has that con.

Pros

Great work environment from flexible hours to understanding supervisor. The pay is good and the healthcare coverage is cheap. I'm also given everything I need to succeed and have a lot of opportunity for growth and development.

Cons

I can't think of a single con!

Pros

The organization cares. They do promote within (I have personally moved up). They offer tuition reimbursement (although I have not personally used). I feel as though there is the diversity I would hope to expect from any organization is evident. The teamwork at Orlando Health is second to none, in my opinion. My management listens, cares and supports me. I feel as though they allow me to have the best work/life balance I need. The support team truly makes you feel welcomed and a part of the team. The collaboration is fantastic!
