      My Most Rewarding Job.....Ever!

      Pros

      I want to come to work, everyday! I am a part of a great team and I love the patients at the Cancer Center. At the end of the day I feel like I have accomplished my mission: I helped someone! At this point in my life it's not all about money. It's more about giving back and paying it forward....it takes a village to raise a child and it takes more than the dollar bill to find satisfaction in work. I must say that I found that and more at Orlando Health, We are, in my book, the best place to work in Orlando!

      Not Orlando Health, but downtown Orlando, which is where I go to work each day, the traffic is a bear,

      Sad but true

      Pros

      My coworkers that care as much as I do about our patients. Mind you, there are only a handful that I know that actually do care. We are all underpaid.

      Cons

      Corporate cares more about a body to fill an open space than quality dedicated workers who stay with the organization.

      None I can think of now. I moved 900 miles to work here and love it. I used to work at another large well-known hospital system. This has been a great move personally and professionally.
