Not enough PTO and no sick leave. Also definitely don't get paid enough for the amount of stress of the position.

Pros

I am a long term employee. I have the opportunity to train and received education in many modalities during my time. Many opportunities for advancement as well.

Cons

Some locations are very short staffed. Customer service scores suffered because of this. Much money has been allocated to building and expanding new sites and existing establishments work with equipment past end of life which does not provide the best quality imaging. Specific sites only perform certain procedures. This causes months waiting period for patients. All should be trained and provide same service.
