I came to Orlando Health following my time in the US Air Force. Starting in an entry level position Orlando Health gave me the opportunity to continue my career growth through career development programs and classes ultimately leading to a manager role. I have stayed fully committed to Orlando Health due to excellent culture, career growth, team engagement, and the simple fact that I love working for this organization. I feel we are not just a part of a department managing our task, but we are part of a much bigger vision in providing excellence in Health Care to our community we serve. Orlando Health leadership and team embrace this concept and work hard toward this goal.

This is difficult as I love coming to work for Orlando Health and feel I have an amazing team with very engaged leaders above me.
