      Overworked and underpaid

      Great teamwork on the unit, great CANMs

      Cons

      A lot of micromanagement from above, broken equipment that makes your job much more difficult, pay is not great, floating all the time, unsafe patient assignments

      Great pay and coworkers, but poor management issues

      The pay, the coworkers, the location, the patients.

      Cons

      Management. They will say they accept religious accommodation. Hire you then not honor it as verbally agreed, then figure out a way to fire you for it. I don’t blame Orlando health because I’ve never had an issue doing it when I worked at ORMC. Just at OHARI. They also try to make you educate nursing about respiratory duties knowing what we do is out of their scope of practice. HR was not very responsive to any issues and they were hard to get in contact with. Again that was never an issue when I worked at ORMC
