Pros
Benefits, PTO accural, flexibility, team members are cordial for the most part.
Cons
Our department offered lots of incentives to help improve productivity: overtime, meal tickets, etc. Since the budget crisis, all of our hours have been reduced(lucky not at the expense of our PTO banks yet), a productivity goal has been imposed and each team member is held accountable(so if this goal is not met, you are counseled and if stacked with other counselings could potentially end your employment). These, among others, have directed affected morale and it's pretty evident thruoughout the organization.
