Pros

High-quality colleagues, excellent providers, mission-driven, excellent CEO

Cons

The mission has been lost, more focus on revenue than on patient care, especially within the CBO, corp has gone through too many growing pains, culture become one of unhealthy competition, dirty politics, and lost harmony, the minority has majority voice, benefits underwent changes that disenfranchised the very folks keeping things moving forward, support not available in many different regards. They were once an honorable organization for which many employees were proud to serve. Staff still admire their providers but unfortunately no longer have the influence they had before consolidating. Despite all, I continue to root for them and I wish the company and its providers the very best success.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and insights on your experience with our organization. Your feedback is valued, and we appreciate your candid comments. We're delighted to hear that you have high regard for your colleagues and our providers, as well as our CEO. Their dedication is a testament to the quality of the team we have. However, we're genuinely concerned about your feedback regarding the shift in our organization's mission and culture, with a perceived focus on revenue over patient care. We understand how vital it is to strike a balance between financial sustainability and our mission-driven commitment to patient care. Your comments on growing pains, unhealthy competition, and changes in benefits also resonate with us. We are actively working to address these concerns and restore the harmony and honor our organization once embodied. Your feedback about the lack of influence and disenfranchisement of staff is noted. We are committed to fostering a workplace where every staff member feels valued and supported. We also appreciate your continued support and rooting for our success. Your insights are essential to our ongoing efforts to improve our organization. We encourage open communication and are always here to listen. We wish you continued success in your role and hope to see positive changes in our organization that align with your expectations and values.
