I enjoyed the coworkers I worked with, but it is not enough for me ti stay long term.

Cons

Lack of communication from HR & higher management. Took about 8 months after my review to finally get the increase I was begging for.

Doctors and staff are great!!

Cons

Not supported by management both mid level and above. Needs of the department were ignored. Equipment was sub par. Worked alone with 80 to100 patients to examine.

All of the doctors and the medical assistants are great. The hours are great as well. The life /work balance is great.

Cons

You will be micro-managed. The pay is horrible. They give a 40-cent raise. Everyone gets their raises at the same time, once a year.
