Practice Administrator and Supervisor are not present. Decisions are made on workflow and workload by a Practice Administrator that is non existent and only visits location on a weekly basis. Staff is lucky if they are visited once a week and even at that rate the Practice Administrator is not approachable and remains in the office. PTO is limited and if there is an emergency they will utilize your PTO instead of your unpaid time off. Low salary and high expectations.
