Pros

-starting pay is good for entry-level in NC -full benefits -depending on your office, nice coworkers for the most part -set schedule for this role and many others (but not all)

Cons

-being a PSC is more like being call center/triage (but can't give clinical info)/switchboard. It is way too many responsibilities for one team and the company expects goals that are way too high for the amount of people to handle.

Pros

Our doctors really care about the patients and our teams. They are so smart and love teaching!

Cons

Decisions from corporate office at Park Road affect all locations and employees even though the executive leadership only cares about money and not employees. You never see leadership and they don't know what we really do in the clinic. COO Paul Neagle is only a PA and doesn't know how to support us. He makes dumb decisions. Pay is bad and no real evaluation anymore or opportunity to get promoted. HR doesn't care about people.
