Poor HR and recruitment process. After participating in several interviews over the past month and a half, arrived at formal interview only to find HR had failed to secure the interview after confirming with me and the hiring manager had left for the day. No feedback from HR following report of this incident, save an email the next business day saying the position had been filled. Received a recruitment call from the same location, which had been scheduled before the failed meeting with the hiring manager four business days and 30 minutes later for an interview regarding the position that had been indicated as already filled. Withdrew my bid for candidacy.
