Great coworkers, little advancement

Pros

Great people, great doctors, and great patients. It's a fairly easy job and one I would use more as a stepping stone.

Cons

Little room for advancement and some patients are rude. Also a little too much drama in the work place and I wish we got longer than a 30 minute lunch.

Strong team work due to the fast pace environment , overtime is always available, co-workers are great with team work

Cons

Co-workers throw you under the bus, if they have been there for a long time they tend to be lazy and territorial, it is a every one for themselves environment, favoritism, and do not expect to get an annual review! Waited 3 months past my review date and nothing! High turnover due to the treatment by staff.

Good caring MDs and groups of people in lower level positions.

Cons

Doesn't value employees. Micro manage and treats everyone as an us against them mentality in each department. CNO and CEO treat everyone as expendable and do not listen or acknowledge the people who do the work.
