-Opportunity to bonus - PTO & time off

Cons

-Sold their employees a health insurance that they can’t use on the west coast.. and after discovering this they haven’t offered a solution or an alternative so that their employees can get the proper health care. The only options are virtual doctors appointments.. Which will not work for everyone. There are a lot of medical conditions that require regular, in-person doctors appointments.

New company with a passion to change the beauty industry. Amazing and well known brands. Seasoned leadership team. Great place for self-starters who want to make things happen. Good benefits - especially maternity leave, summer Fridays, medical.

Cons

Processes still need to be developed. Lots of work.
