Working in beauty is a awesome experience.

Cons

If you want to work for a company who values more on the corporate office side for positions that don’t make sense day to day in store then work here. They let go of a lot of their ppl but continued to hire ppl for other positions in the company which to me shows their personality as a company.

We agree the beauty industry is awesome and we are so excited to have 3 iconic brands in the space. As we’re building our organization for the future, this means looking at the organization as a whole to make sure we are the right size and unfortunately employee impacts are sometimes a result of that. This is a decision we never take lightly.

There a few great people but management is unfortunately toxic

Cons

While you may work from home workload and zoom calls require 12+ hour work days on a regular basis. Constant last minute emergency’s require planners and analysis to to work weekend in addition to complete. Little regard for work life balance….

Orveon Global Response

As with many new organizations, there are urgent priorities that sometimes require last minute changes to one’s regular day. We support the flexibility to work remote to help integrate work and life. We also have a competitive PTO package offered to full time employees.
