Pros

Privately owned company with a good work life balance because most employees fish and hunt. Very unlike big retail companies that are unforgiving with scheduling. No "black out" days.Great discount.

Cons

Privately owned, It is a very male oriented company based on outdoor activities:fly fishing, hunting and guns.Vey male oriented !

Women beware

Pros

The women that work there are very nice. Beautiful setting so hope to get a window.

Cons

It's a boys club. Women beware. Can't figure out how they decide if you are of value. Upper management is faithful to themselves; not for the everyday associate.
