Everything. - Leadership is almost entirely men. Total boys club. Constantly espousing how much they care about equality but don't actually put it into practice. If you're a woman, don't ever expect to be treated with respect. Men can behave however they want. Many abusive male managers. - Constantly talk about supporting employees growth and development but block any efforts employees make to work their way up. If you're a woman you will not be promoted. - HR do not care about the employees at all. Do not trust them. - Extremely poor compensation. Products are expensive but employees don't see that money. - A lot of talk about it being a respectable family business but some members of the family act very inappropriately. - Different standards and perks depending on who your manager is. Some people can show up and leave whenever they feel like, some are overworked. - Working in a place that hammers home their culture and values every day while behaving the way they do will eat away at you. It's not worth the emotional toll it will have on you.
