5yFirst of all, we want to thank you for the feedback. Every department including HR is doing their part to make Advisor Group a better place to work as well as listen to any feedback given. I encourage you to meet with you HR business partner and discuss specific things to improve our department. As you mention culture matters and we take culture very seriously here at Advisor Group. Every process, policy or procedure can be discussed and challenged to ensure that this activity is producing the results needed for Advisor Group to be a better place to work.
